QSS employs in-office RN staff to help counsel and/or coach any nurse that needs it. We also use these RN’s to counsel/coach any nurse that receives a clinical error DNR We also complete monthly quality assurances on all of our active health care providers. We pre fax all profiles prior to any shift worked. We also have profiles available to us and on call employees at all time in case a facility is to request one
We have a scheduling system in place that we input all of employees upon hire and this automatically generates a monthly report of credentials that will be expiring.
Should we receive an audit requiring some updates or changes we can certainly have any corrections needed completed within a 72 hour period.
